1. Free Shipping on Standard Orders

We offer free shipping on all standard orders placed through our official stores to the USA, UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany—with no hidden fees or surprise taxes. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping is free (see eligibility above).
  • Express or expedited shipping may be available at checkout (depending on region) for an additional fee—delivery timeframes, carrier options, and costs will be shown before purchase.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within [e.g., 1–2 business days] from receipt.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard shipping: typically 5–7 business days (domestic), 7–14 business days (international).
    • Express shipping: typically 2–3 business days, depending on availability and destination.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A shipping confirmation
  • The carrier name
  • tracking number (if available)

This lets you check the package status and expected delivery time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders within the USA, UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany are delivered free of any additional charges.
  • For other international deliveries, customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their local government.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact our Customer Support immediately.
  2. We'll work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide the appropriate assistance (e.g., replacement or refund) as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

  • For the EVO Scanner + 12-Month Pro Subscription bundle:
    • Full refund if returned within 14 days (user must not have extensively used the App)
    • Between 14 and 30 days, the scanner is returnable (though the subscription is non-refundable)
  • When returning items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
