These Terms of Use regulate the relations between Prizmos Ltd and the users of website and services located on carista.com (The Website). Bу using the Website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. Should you not agree with these Terms of Use, you should close the Website, otherwise it is deemed that you have agreed with the Terms of Use.
General Use
Subject to these Terms of Use is the information and resources provided on the Website, accessible to all users, regardless of whether registered for the services, provided by Prizmos Ltd or not, as well as the options for purchase of Products and Services provided by Prizmos Ltd., available for registered users.
Prizmos Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Website.
Prizmos Ltd offers its Products and Services for direct purchase on the Website. Our Products are available for purchase through Amazon as well, and subscription for our services is available through Carista App. You can access the terms and conditions for use of the Carista App at https://carista.com/en/app-privacy.
Registered users
Upon registration users have access to purchases of different subscription options or activation codes for the use of our Services or our Products. Whenever you purchase a subscription plan or activation code through our Website, you’ll need to further log-in with your credentials at the Carista App. If you were assigned with a temporary password upon purchase, you can immediately change the password when logging-in. Management of your subscription is provided by a third party – Plug-in Appstle at Shopify.
When making a purchase for use of Carista App, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms and conditions and the Terms and Conditions for use of the Carista App, available at https://carista.com/en/app-terms.
Intellectual property
The design of the Website along with created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Prizmos Ltd, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under national, EU and foreign laws and international conventions. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. Prizmos Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Service and the content of the Website other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of third parties obtained through access to the Website or the Service for any commercial purposes.
Practices on internet-based online advertising
This section of our Terms of Use provides details about interest-based online advertising (also called “targeted advertising”, “remarketing” or “behavioral advertising”), Google Analytics, and your choices with respect to this type of advertising.
This website uses Google AdWords remarketing service and Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google and Facebook) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example not signing up for the newsletter. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, Facebook’s feed, or a site in the Google Display network. Third-party vendors, including Google and Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the CaristaApp.com website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy and Facebook’s privacy policy.
We may use Google Analytics for the following purposes:
Remarketing (showing our ads on third party websites). Prizmos Ltd. and third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website.
Google Display Network Impression Reporting. Prizmos Ltd. and third-party vendors, use cookies to report how our ad impressions, other uses of ad services and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our site.
Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Prizmos Ltd. use data from Google’s Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender and interests) with Google Analytics to inform our marketing strategy.
We may use Facebook custom audiences for the following purposes:
Remarketing (showing our ads on third party websites). Prizmos Ltd. and third-party vendors, including Facebook, use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website.
You may opt out of the automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests, by visiting the consumer opt-out page for the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and edit or opt-out your Google Display Network ads’ preferences at http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser Add-on. Because those opt-out and preference control pages are specific to the individual browser used to visit it, and because that pages are not operated by Prizmos Ltd., we are unable to perform the opt-outs on your behalf.
Use credit cards with confidence
You can use your credit card at our website with confidence. Depending on the location of purchase we have partnered with Stripe.com or Shopify to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers whenever you purchase our Services and our Products directly from our Website. Our Products are also available for direct purchase on Amazon. With respect to your purchases we never see, nor store your credit card information or other data you provide, which are provided to and stored directly by Stripe.com or Shopify or through Amazon for purchase of our Services and Products respectively. Based on our agreements with these third-party providers, we receive only e-mail address information for the respective purchases.

Both Stripe.com and Shopify with its service Shopify Payments adhere to strict industry standards for payment processing.
For locations, where we have partnered with Shopify, discount codes are available for the purchase of our Products under the following conditions:
1. Only in respect of EVO scanner product/s
2. Only if the amount of EVO at the moment of purchase (for one or more EVO products) is at least £50 or the equivalent in EUR.

Return/ Refund Policy
Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label. The expenses for such return shall be borne by the customer, including costs for shipping, delivery, repackaging, etc.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Prizmos Ltd. may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Prizmos Ltd. will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer.
You acknowledge that use of the Carista App is only possible with an OBD adapter, and in any event, if you request a refund for undelivered product, but you have a subscription or an activation code for use of Carista App, Prizmos Ltd shall reserve its right to request a proof for your possession/use of another OBD adapter.
Bundle Purchase (Carista EVO + 12-Month Carista App subscription)
You can cancel the joint use of Carista App Pro 12-Month subscription and Carista EVO scanner within the first 14 days of shipping of the Carista scanner and if you have not extensively used the app's features (e.g., customizations). No refunds will be provided for the Carista App Pro 12-Month subscription after the initial 14-day period. Following the first 14 days of shipping and within the first 30 days of shipping of the Carista scanner, you can return the latter by shipping it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label, subject to the other conditions and instructions in the preceding paragraphs. In case you return the Carista scanner, but did not request the refund of the Carista App Pro 12-Month subscription as provided hereinabove, you will retain access to the Carista App until the expiration of the 12-month period.
In case the Bundle Purchase was subject to promotional conditions at the time of its purchase, and you return/ request a refund of one of its components, you will be refunded with the promotional price of the returned component minus the difference between the promotional and the regular price of the retained component.
One time activation code (Carista App Pro 12-Month Access):
If you made a standalone purchase of the Carista App Pro 12-Month Access through our Website, we offer a 14-day refund window. If you cancel within the first 14 days of ordering and have not extensively used the app's Pro features (e.g., customizations), you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided after the 14-day period. If you would like to submit a refund request, open the More menu in the Carista app (the gear icon in the bottom navigation bar) and use "Report a problem". In the "Describe the problem" field, type in "Refund request".
Third party purchase
In case you purchased Carista App Pro 12-Month Access or bundle purchase by a third party – distributor or other provider, you need to contact that third party directly for a refund.
