Hello. I’ve had the device for about 4 years. It checks for fault codes even on car brands that it says are not supported. Yes, the price is high for people who only use it once a year. However, I still recommend it for people who will use it often.

Yes, you do need the subscription how else would you expect to get updates and unlock features. Any of the readers that have no subscription are practically useless.
It’s been great for my VW and I’ve easily saved more than the cost of the subscription. A* device, with the features I’ve unlocked and codes I’ve scanned.

I used Carista to replace TPMS in my Toyota Auris 1.4 2014 EU. Great piece of software, very easy to use.

Beautiful, made all the difference. Custom settings were top tier. I just pay 19 and turn off the sub when I need it now.

If you need to make changes or clear fault codes this is perfect. The subscription can be canceled; however if you want to use it for a business purpose this is the best thing you can purchase for the price.

Plugged in, downloaded app, made of few adjustments in settings, done. 10 minutes tops. Very easy to use, highly recommend!

Worked exactly as advertised for my Toyota Tundra. Was able to connect and customize in minutes. The monthly membership was not well advertised however is it cheaper than having the dealer do it.

Ok ok this is an amazing product. On my 2020 Toyota Prius Prime XLE I finally finally found something that truly works especially for the most annoying reverse sound in that freaking car. I’m not going to lie though the adapter is pricey cause the subscription plus the adapter. My god it feels very good to hear one quick beep instead of hearing it over and over. My new Evo scanner arrived and as soon as I plugged it in, it cleared the faults that wouldn’t clear with the old Carista device, that said, the old device was a last generation device and has done its duty until it couldn’t with the newer vehicles anymore.
The Evo connects to my phone easily and is the perfect glove box tool for future car errors and modifications.
