Carista version 9.4 expands customization and live data support for Ford vehicles, while also adding support for more GM brands and models.

With this release, users gain access to powerful new settings for convenience, safety, and lighting, along with detailed live data streams for advanced diagnostics.

 

 What’s New in Ford Customizations

  • Expanded support with additional part numbers

  • New customization options added to enhance both driver comfort and safety

Newly supported settings include:

  • Temperature display units

  • Display average speed

  • Seat belt warning ding (driver)

    Person using the Carista OBD2 scanner and mobile app inside a Ford vehicle to access diagnostics and customization features

New customization options:

  • Auto re-lock doors if unlocked but not opened (step 1 & 2)

  • Seat belt warning ding (rear passengers)

  • Seat belt warning ding (front passenger)

  • Unlock driver door with one click, all doors with two (step 1 & 2)

  • Alarm system configuration

  • Bulb check: rear right parking/brake light

  • Exterior lights on when door opened

  • Flash brake lights during emergency braking

  • Enable DRLs with low beams

  • Adjustable DRL brightness

  • Daytime running lights control

  • Global clock configuration in the instrument cluster

  • Cruise control display in the cluster

  • Lane assist mode

Carista 9.4 also unlocks a wealth of engine, battery, and safety-related data for Ford vehicles, giving users deep insight into system performance.

Supported live data streams include:

  • Desired intake camshaft position value (all banks)

  • Actual intake camshaft position (Bank 1 & Bank 2)

  • Intake camshaft position deviation (Bank 1 & Bank 2)

  • Desired exhaust camshaft position value (Bank 1 & all banks)

  • Actual exhaust camshaft position (Bank 1 & Bank 2)

  • Exhaust camshaft position deviation (Bank 1 & Bank 2)

  • Ignition timing advance (global)

  • Battery SOH-C (State of Health – Capacity)

  • Battery SOH-R (State of Health – Resistance)

  • Maximum allowable charge current

  • Leakage resistance (Bus Plus to chassis ground)

  • Overall leakage resistance (entire high-voltage system)

  • Regeneration in progress (DPF status)

  • Airbag crash count report
