I, hereby agree Prizmos Ltd in its capacity as personal data controller, to process my personal data, that is my name, my email address and used services and products in the course of usage of the Carista App, operated by the controller, in accordance with the effective legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation, the Privacy Policy of “Prizmos” Ltd and other applicable law and documents, for the following purposes:  to provide me with marketing messages via email with information about suitable services and products of Prizmos Ltd and services and products that Prizmos Ltd considers relevant, based on my previous purchases within the Carista App and my use of services thereof, including information about promotions, promocodes, discounts of already used services and products within Carista App.  Separately provided information regarding the processing of personal data for said purposes is available HERE, and I declare I am familiar with it. I acknowledge my right to withdraw my consent at any time partially or entirely, by notifying the controller by the provided contact details.
